This policy explains what information laxminatendla.com (the "site") collects, how it is used and the choices you have. The site is operated by Laxmi Parimala Natendla ("I", "me").

When you use the contact form I receive the details you enter:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your preferred way and time to be contacted
- The services you're interested in and any message you write
- Your financial check-up results, only if you choose to attach them
Information that stays on your device
The financial check-up and the calculators run entirely in your browser. Your answers and numbers are not sent anywhere unless you click "Send my results to Laxmi" and then submit the contact form.
Technical information
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the site securely and prevent spam and abuse, Cloudflare processes standard technical data such as your IP address, approximate location (city and country) and browser type. When you submit the contact form, the approximate location and browser type are stored with your message. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If anonymous, privacy-first analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are enabled, they do not use cookies or track you across websites.

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Text messages and calls
By checking the consent box on the contact form, you agree to be contacted by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask me at any time to stop contacting you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Service providers
Your information may be processed by service providers that help operate the site and deliver messages — for example web hosting and security (Cloudflare) and email delivery. These providers may only use your information to provide their services.
How long information is kept
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain our relationship and meet legal or regulatory record-keeping obligations. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
